- 标准配备
- 机械N.C.系统以人机介面操控各项功能
- 电脑萤屏以引导式对话视窗操作显示:切断长度,裁断纸张菱角,纸张张力,插纸计数,总数停车.
- 机械速度:本设备机械速度300米/分钟(500刀/分钟)
- 切断尺寸精度:每次以裁切一卷,切断长度:<=1000:正负0.5
>1000:正负0.05%
- 故障显示:特殊设计的电脑检测,对于设备运转异常处,电脑可及时将检测出并于电脑萤屏上显示,
使得排除异常更快速,降低检查时间,提高效率.
- 横切刀:特殊四面刀合剪刀式设计、切刀受力小，较一般刀片长四倍寿命，延长换刀周期，降低
成本.
- 选择配备
- 印刷记号裁切：对于印刷记号定位裁切精度可达正负0.3mm/M,印刷积层贴合,镀膜及镭射印刷贴
合纸类等都可适应.
- 复印纸裁切:也可作复印纸尺寸裁切.
- 特殊材质裁切:如PVC薄片.
- 本系列设备尚有多种选择配件可供搭配,以适应不同工作要求,灵活度主.
- 另有多种款式原纸架依工作要求不同,可供选择搭配,适应性高,符合经济性.
THSC cutters series
include models 1400、1700、1900、2100、2600、2800、3000、3500
respectively.Their control systems adopt Japan's PLC system and the concept of
design of design of German's servo motors,which can make the cutting
length,correctitude of edges,tension control and count of the mumber of sheets
directly put in the interposition between operator and machine.There is the
design of the function of automatic stop of operation.Moreover,the data of
speed,the number of ream,the angles of retroflector,total number of paper
cutting,and failures of operation will be displayed,whichmay help the
maintenance of the machine.
Operational：the
linear speed of THSC cutter series can reach 300M/min;their cutting number,500
cuts/min;their cutting length deviation value ±0.3mm.The load of the cutter
can teach 600sgm while being used for multi-laminated paper,chich,so to
speak,is the real high science and thechnology with high efficiency.
